Good morning, Stingrays!

Please read carefully.

Today is our 1^st swim meet! We will swim against Pennbrooke Pines (AWAY). Please be on time. Arrive at the pool before 4:45pm for warm-ups. This meet is neon theme. Wear your new stingrays t-shirt and favorite neon attire. Address: 390 Tumbling Creek Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30005. Bullpen volunteers please arrive at 4:15pm. The meet starts at 5:30pm.

Make sure you have signed up for a volunteer spot and see our volunteer coordinator, Allie Fleckner, when you arrive to see how you can help.

To view your child’s event, heat, and lane, log into the Swimtopia App and click on the corresponding swim meet. I also attached a heat sheet. *Changes may occur prior to the start of the meet.

Other Important Meet Info:

1. If you are NOT swimming in the meet tonight and have not informed Coach Sara, text her NOW (404-277-2313).

2. Please sign up for our Remind text group for announcements, weather updates, meet changes. Text 81010 with the message “@invswim”.

3. Thursday practice will be the usual time to work on starts/turns/finishes and then swimmers will get their event/heat/lane written on their arms. Please rest up today so your swimmer's are ready for tonight.

4. Items your swimmer should bring: wear swimsuit, towel, something to sit on (chair or towel), water bottle, money to purchase concessions, goggles, extra goggles, swim cap, something to do in the bullpen - cards, dolls, legos, travel games, etc, water shoes, bug spray. What NOT to bring: electronics, iPad, phones, tablets, etc. They WILL get wet. Label everything - it's the best way to get your stuff back.

5. Fun Friday practice will be all groups together from 10:00am-11:30am.
