Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets
Swimmer Signup
Please be sure you indicate if your swimmer is swimming in a meet at least 2 days before the meet. This allows time for the coaches to put the line up together.
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Attending
- Not Attending
- Click Save to record your choices.
Volunteer Signup
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
- Once on the Signup Calendar page, click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts. (NOTE: You can sign up for multiple jobs for each meet or space them out over the entire season. You should be able to sign up both yourself and your spouse for spots.)
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
